Team line-ups: sending links and approving

Open the line-up page

Open the tie's page and choose Approve lineups in the menu at the top. It lists every team with its contact, and both teams' line-ups for each match.

Send each leader a link

Each team is listed with its contact. Click send link to e-mail that leader a personal link. Afterwards the button reads send again, and you can see when a link was last sent.

• The link works until the tournament is over.
• Sending a new link cancels the previous one.
• A team with no e-mail address can't be sent a link — ask the tournament administrator to add one.

Review and approve

You see both teams' line-ups side by side and can edit any slot yourself. When a team's line-up is complete, click approve for that team — this writes every player name onto the current tie.

• Approving locks that team's line-up: the leader can no longer change it.
• To let a leader (or yourself) edit again, click reopen.
